Florent Gout

Co-Founder, President & Quality Control

Since 2008 Florent has been Green Coffee Buyer for Cooperative Coffees. He has visited the most famous (and less known) coffee growing regions in order to select the most complex coffees available. He founded Esperanza Cafe in 2012 and became Q-Grader certified in 2015. Florent is also a founder member of Roasters United, a collective of 11 specialty coffee roasters in Europe.


Stéphanie Magnani

Co-Founder, Communication & Events

For 10 years Stéphanie has navigated into the congress industry. Her vision and her sense to set up long term strategies are supporting Esperanza Cafe to navigate into a very competitive environment.




Antoine Peron

Associate, Head Roaster - Saint-Denis

Since 2014 Antoine has roasted more than 35 000 kg of coffee in our roasting operation that is like his own garden. Passionated, with a high sense of precision and detail, Antoine ensure that every batch of every coffee is processed according to our quality standards. He also plays a key role with our clients partners to support them in preparing a stable and outstanding cup of coffee week after week.


Philippe Gouttas

Associate, Business Development - Saint-Denis

Fascinated by gastronomy world, Philippe loves the beautiful things of life. In 2014 Philippe randomly met Florent and Antoine, and started to develop his passion for coffee. With a long working experience in different sectors, Philippe listens and understands well the needs of our client partners.He provides them a very appreciated 5 stars service at all time.


Sylviane Arvieu

Administrative Assistant

Organised and methodic Sylviane is the administrative heart of Esperanza Cafe. A huge work that she achieves with care and passion. As the Founder’s mother, she has jumped in the adventure since 2015 in order to organise the house. She made it!.
